Q. Why does my billing statement read Tresuz Websites?
A. Therapeutic Putty is a division of Tresuz Websites, all billing is done through them.
Q. Do you accept PayPal as payment?
A. Yes, in fact our shopping cart is PayPal based.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We charge sales tax only on orders billed to a Washington State address. We are based out of Washington State.
Q. How long will my order be processed and shipped?
A. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be processed the following day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note, we do not ship outside the US.

Q. How many times a day should I use Life Long Therapeutic Putty?
A. It is recommended that you use it 2-3 times a day.
Q. I left my Life Long Therapeutic Putty in the hot car will it be ok?
A. Yes, the putty will be ok. In fact it will be softer and even more soothing to the hand.
Q.Do I receive a discount or wholesale pricing for buying in larger quantities?
